When you enroll in one of our online courses you get access to our learning platform containing some video lectures. You can go through the course at your own pace following the lectures. If your course is entitled to tutoring, you will receive information about the dates for the tutoring opportunities. You simply need to connect yourself to a recommended video conferencing platform at a given date and hour to start interacting with your tutor and other participants.

All that is required is that you have access to a computer, mobile or tablet with a good internet connection and headphones. It is also desirable that you can sit undisturbed. We give you access to our online learning platform which contains your course in pre-recorded video format. If you opted for a course with tutoring, you would need to connect yourself to the video platform Zoom or to Microsoft Teams. An email explaining all the connection modes will be sent to you after enrolling to a course. 

A course is often a combination of lectures in video format and live online tutoring. If you are prevented from participating in a course, you can still have access to the video material at any time that suits you. You can also book yourself for future tutoring opportunities.
